I did cold and warm TBA, but two questions (more)
1. Do you have to unplug ECU, or is it an time you turn key and let it sit for three min or so, it does the TBA?
2. I had hood open, and it was quiet around me, but I did not hear anything at all. What am I listening for (besides my stomach growling)?

Right above the throttle body is the throttle servo, it will lightly click and emit a high pitched
noise for about 30 seconds. You don't need to unplug the ECU, but use VAG-COM, not the ignition trick. I suppose it does the same thing, but I just feel better having VAG-COM tell me it was done. =)

Cool. I'm sure the ingition and VAG-COM do the same thing, but I need that reassurance that it
worked. =) I've had TBA's fail on me with VAG-COM and if I was just using the ignition, I would not have known.
