Default I feel dumb...

I was installing my boost gauge today and figured why not hardwire my V1 at the same time since its an easy job. Sadly it doesn't work and I feel like an idiot since this seems so simple. I connected the red wire to the 75X and grounded the black wire and checked the fuse in the red wire and everything is plugged in. Any help would be appreciated.

Default Me too - my car wouldn't start and the G/F said it was because of the interior light being out....

After much dispute, I changed the bulb to "shut her up" and the fVcking thing started first time...

Explain that one...

Best wishes,

Ram

Default turn the key on? if you have a voltmeter make sure its getting proper voltage

also make sure your ground that you are using is a true ground, if its on paint you might want to scratch some away to bare metal.

Default I turned the key on. I grounded it to a screw that holds the fuse box on...

that seemed like it was fine. Also I crimped U shape connectors to the wires, would that make a difference than say the O shaped ones?(sorry don't really know the technical names haha)

Default sounds like the crimps didn't get ot he wire...

use smaller ones, or undo them and strip the covering so the U shape touches wire.

I've had this happen to me.
