I got my car back from the dealer last night and one wheel is scratched....

I got my car back from the dealer last night and one wheel is scratched....
I can't prove that they did it but I am about 99% sure that it wasn't like that before I took it in. It's been at the dealer for a week. I picked it up last night around 7pm and didn't notice the scratch on the my drivers side front wheel until this morning. Being aftermarket wheels do you guys think that there is any chance the dealer would pay to fix or replace?

The same thing happened to my father when his M5 had about 2k on it...
it was in for service and the next day he noticed a nice scratch on a rear wheel...without any question at all the dealer ordered a new wheel for him (around $780!). The funny part is after they ordered the wheel he realized where it had happened and it wasn't at the dealer! They knew it too but said that they would rather get him a new wheel and keep the customer happy. It didn't hurt either that he had bought the M5 and an X5 in a couple month period and I always had my M3 serviced there.
