I guess I reached the max flow on stock fuel pump.
Did some logging with MBC only which earlier newer worked ok and it still goes on limp on half throttle accell (max limit exceeded, which in this case means too fast spool?).
I added primary time after time but the 02 values dropped. I was like WTF but figured the pump got tired?
Anyway car was faster than before. It was humid and 44F. 1.55bar to 1.5bar with best fats of 3.32 (IIRC TC after 6400, 4240 to 6400 was 710rpm/sec ~3.22) with 02V falling from 0.87 to 0.84. Later with max vag-com primary car got slower and leaner with 02 voltages at 0.81? IIRC injectors were at 24ms at around 6200rpms, so I might try some bigger ones later that work ok in cold climates.

any issues with cold startups and warmups at all ?

I have a little unstability at part throttle when cold but I havent touched inc or dec loads yet.
I dont have 016 misfires but it feels like it does misfire when cold. BTW, I use vag-com for adaption channels (euro ecu and different instrument cluster)
Also, I have changed the adapt values so often that I cant even get the 032 readings before I change them again. This is just for finding the best parameters which are really hard to find on my chip?
Need to put back the N75J and MBC paraller to see if those 3.3 fats are still there.

so the code you are using is pretty sensitive ..not like the X GIAC
but 3.3 fats is crazy fast .. i didn't see mine under 4 sec yet (i didn't log with just me in the car .. there was always someone on the pass side)

I dont think I can ever find a setup that does not have any problems without custom chip.
