The twin 2 is 8db louder at 2500 rpm than stock. Regardless of what anyone says, it does drone at 2500 rpm, but not obnoxiously so. Give it a month or so before you do anything. Mine has gotten noticeably more civilized after 6 wks and 1800 miles.

is that with test pipes or cats? if cats, that would makes sense and cells start collecting more-
it will even out the sound.... but if test pipes, how will it drone out?
