I have great news guys. I just sold my house making a little over $20K profit so the S4 will be paid
off. Moving into a smaller house until I am done with school. Then I will just be down to paying for my Miata which is really cheap. Not a bad profit for only living in my house for little less than 3 years. Just thought I would share my joy.

Do the math before you go paying off the car.
With a nice big number like $20k in liquid.... you may be able to put that money to work for you ... and if you can get it to offset the interest on the car.... you should probably do that.... imo

Well I talked to my financial guy that takes care of taxes and such and he said pay the car off. So
I am. Besides I am moving into a smaller house. The relator told me I would be getting approx. $25K when both sides are done if I buy this house she is showing me. I will probably take it just bacause of the price and the small amount of work needed.
