Default I installed Vogtland coil overs yesterday

My first impression is WOW. No more porpoising when braking or accelerating, flat around corners, and not too rough of a ride. The car seems easier to drive smoothly. I'm thrilled with them!
I did the install myself with the (considerable)help of 4 friends, and it took 4 hours of fairly dedicated work (with a fair amount of beer drinking intermingled). I recommend this as a DIY project. One note, Startup Racing's web site suggests 4.5" thread front and 2.25" rear gives a fender opening height of 26". On my car it is more like 26.5" and 26.75". It looked like an Allroad when I was done. I assume it will settle a little bit, but I'd be lying if I said I was thrilled with the ride height at those suggested measurements.

Default I am 25" around with my Vogtlands. I like them a lot. I have my fenders rolled.

I am running 17"x8 with 245 wide tires.

Default I think you mean no more diving and squating under braking & accel, respectively

afaik porpoising is, well, what a porpoise does. Up and down....ie pogoing.

Given those definitions I'll go along with diving and squatting.

Default I adjusted them down to 25.75 today and like it pretty well.

I will bring it down further in the spring if it hasn't settled. At what height do you think rolling is required?

Default I agree with the suggested measurements giving a very stock-height result

I dropped it another 1" F&R...
and absolutely love them.

I really enjoy the combination w/ the H-sports too!

Default I am horrible about taking pics and uploading them. I don't think I've taken a single pick of my

car in almost a year of ownership.

Vogtlands will settle over the next 2-3 weeks. I'd give it some time before the final adjustments.
