I just took off my TBB. Does this look normal? Could it be the source of my boost leak?

Default Thats why i came up with this solution...
No boost leaks with solid steel piping, except when you breath and refueling on beans...

If you're not joking, yes, you need to replace it and that is exactly the reason for your boost leak
