I need some advice, I want red Calipers, I could either paint them red or go with red Tuner01 Covers

Are you kidding about the Tuner01 covers? You have a few problems:
1) Have you looked at the size of your front calipers?
2) Those covers look terrible.
3) Those covers look stupid.
4) Most wheels won't have enough brake clearance to clear those covers, I don't think the OEM Avus will fit.
