i was running yesterday 104oct and i had a whining coming from the back, could that be my fuel pump
going bad or what? also the car was missfireing like crazy cyl 1, 2, 5, 6 if im not wrong, and it also shut of on me when i still had 35 mile left in the tank but once i put gas, it cranked and was fine and the whining was gone, but when it gets to below a 1/4 tank starts again.

You were probably *very* low on gas. You probably have bigger than stock injectors and have not
adjusted within the ECU for that ("miles to empty" and miles per gallon stuff in the trip computer).
If you didn't install the injectors recently, not sure why this hasn't happened before. Sure sounds like this could be the problem, though.
