I know it sounds crazy, but I want to do the mod. I have a 99.5 a4 and if anyone on this forum can help me, or atleast point me in the right direction, i would apprecaite it. thanks for the help in advance.

When people say Bi-Xenon, it only refers to the fact that
if you run high beams the entire time, the low beam reflector has a motor that re-aims the beam higher for that time.
My car has bi-xenon, but it still has a normal hi-beam for flashing purposes. If I kick on the hi-beam for more than flash setting, then the reflector tilts using a motor and re-aims the beam.
IMHO, it's the lamest thing EVAR, unless you actually use high-beams all the time, which IMHO you really shouldn't be.

Oh no wonder...
My dad has a 2004 A8L and it has bi-xenons in addition to having halogen flashers. What you are saying makes sense since the high beams seem to come from the same side of the headlight unit as the low beams do.
