I'm ba-aack.
Guessing my N75 was toast. Scott(ZoldMan) and I pressure checked everything today and short of a leaky bench-test tool there were no leaks. I'm running his N75 for the next few days since he's down and all is well again. Will resume logging some later in the week.
Theory - when I swapped Y's back in December the RS4 Y completely changed the intake responsiveness and the way the N75 ramped boost(I had it pretty much open for the stock Y and it was smooth and predictable - swap for the RS4 Y and boost ramp is much, much faster). My summation is I should have set the N75 back to the stock setting which is where APR codes to. Lots of 1.7B spikes later I'd finally blown a bpv and that just complicated things. Anyhoo, got the BPV replaced last week, have a borrowed N75 for now(set in stock position), and all seems well again. Will order a replacement tomorrow so Scott can have his back. Thanks for helping me pressure test today man. He's in the middle of about 20 sets of O2s, and a championship game tonight.
Want to thank Nick Gustas as well, had I not learned the ECU can't see past 2550B I likely would have continued to chase the gauge as "wrong" and could have done some real damage in the end. I'll likely get a MBC to cap at 1.5B from this point, don't want a $75 part to kill $2K worth of K04s.

Heh, yeah guess so. Waiting to see if the new 392 Hemi gets slated for a chassis. Supposed to be
500+chp 450tq. being discussed as "serious" competition for the LS7 at the moment I'm told... don't know what they'ed put it in that could compete with the Z06 though. Interesting times...
