Default Inexpensive short shift using factory parts.

Anyone interested? About $30 - $40. I'll update when I figure out what gear lever and fork are required - and if any mods to these parts will be required.

Sure, post whatever your find. Innovator's innovation seems interesting too.

Default Cut the end off the top of the stock shaft, presumably rethreaded and bunged the **** back on.

I drove it and it felt pretty good - like any of the $250 plus shortshifters I've tried. I haven't tried the Tanoga (in a moving vehicle) yet.

Using his method, you buy a hacksaw and can spend all the other dosh on a few dozen spare TBBs!
