Inexpensive short shift using factory parts.
Anyone interested? About $30 - $40. I'll update when I figure out what gear lever and fork are required - and if any mods to these parts will be required.

Cut the end off the top of the stock shaft, presumably rethreaded and bunged the **** back on.
I drove it and it felt pretty good - like any of the $250 plus shortshifters I've tried. I haven't tried the Tanoga (in a moving vehicle) yet.
Using his method, you buy a hacksaw and can spend all the other dosh on a few dozen spare TBBs!
