Infinite horns a honking and a partridge in a pear tree... help needed please.
Well Audi decided to give me gift this year and it is in the form of a never ending alarm going off. In fact, it's a gift to the entire street if you think about it.
I've VAGed it and it appears to be that the hood switch doesn't believe the hood is closed but it is. Car was working fine and it just started today. STFA and it all points to the hood switch issue.
A few questions:
1) Where do I find this hood switch? If I was standing over the engine bay, where do I look?
2) Can I replace just the hood switch? Is this a dealer only part?
