INFO on tansmisson please

I`m upgrading with a stage 4 my engine.Planning to add a spec 3 also.. When i order the product someone told me to change the flywheel too.Right or wrong. If yes where and wich one tobuy money no problem

from what i have read upgrading to a steel flywheel is worth it. you can probably try some of the tuning sites..look in the archives
