installed my 044 pump. should i have any concerns with the stock harness?
Any known issues with voltagedrop or anything?
Should i be considering a direct feed to the battery with a relay?

Didn't do that with mine and it's working perfectly.
DAP helped with the install so I'm assuming he did his the same way, and he's pushin a bit of hp. So I'm sure you're fine :-)
