Interesting RS4 feature...
Looking at a picture of the instrument cluster, it appears that the RS4 has a two stage speedometer. First half goes from 0-100 kph, the second half goes from 100-310 kph.
Must look wierd seeing the speedo needle whipping half way up REAL quickly, then slowing down...a bit, for the rest of the trip!

US S4s are not like this...
they have a 160 mph speedometer (260 kph) with evenly spaced divisions (80 mph is straight-up).
Does your S4 Avant really have a 320 kph (200 mph) speedometer?

We don't get the special doo-dads over here. We only got 500 TQC's, no S2's or RS2's, no S6+, may soon get the S8 but only with tiptronic. We can't get carbon trim, Recaros, screen nav, or most of the really cool colors. No sport 2 pkg. on the A4 1.8TQ, all heavy luxo items standard (can't delete fold down seats, climate control, power windows and locks, or the 3rd headrest on the Avant, etc.).
Even the trip computer and remote locking are standard equipment, but can't get Recaros!!!
