Default I've got a speaker rattle in the rear deak behind the rear sets, thoughts?

it only does it when there is a song with a good amount of Bass. I listen to a bit of reggae and its annoying as all get out. I have tried climbing in the trunk while music is on and cant seem to solve the issue for the life of me. It doesn't sound like a blown speaker at all...could it be the actual grate that sits over the speaker? Anyone had a similar issue?

Default That's the sound of the woofer going bad. Sometimes the dust cap pops off, sometimes they develop

cracks. Very common problem.

Default Just glue the dustcap back on. If you want to fix the crappy Bose system

take out both rear deck speakers and put in a real sub with a small amp.

Default The cap isn't always the case. One of mine rattles like hell because it's blown. They're just junk.

Had the same issue in my black S4. That one actually had a crack in the cone.

Thank you. I take a look at the speakers and see what shape they are in.
