When I said "two weeks" I quoted you based on what Samco had quoted me. They STILL have not shipped them to us yet!!! I'm trying my hardest to get this stuff for you guys! AND I'm shipping you guys this new pipe FOR FREE so all I ask for is that you trust that we will do it when we get the right parts. I'm about to pull my hair out over these damn samco hoses. I'm really sorry. Please call and give us a chance to make things right for you.

i didnt say that.
what i meant was, if you're waiting for a part of over 4 months, wouldnt you have been a bit more proactive and made an effort to harrass the company a little bit more?
3 calls in 4 months seems like he didnt care. if something i ordered hadnt come in in 2 months i'd be calling/emailing more often. 4 months? f**k that, i would have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere.
and he didnt respond to my question about 'why' the part was delayed. did josh say, i'll ship it out tomorrow? or did he say, its on backorder and we'll have it to you soon.
