Just bought new S, quick question

Here is my big question, the car was purchased as a CPO from a dealer at roughly 35k miles, the purchaser then traded it in to an audi dealer who then sold it to the dealer i bought it from. If i play all my cards right, i have also contacted the original CPO owner who bought it, can the CPO warranty be transferred to me for the $150 fee, how can i get this done, thanks!!!!

There is a section on the Audi USA website regarding CPO...
Just e-mail or call them. I just purchased a used S4 from someone and the CPO warranty was still in affect. I paid the $150 and they transferred it to me. No problems.
