It must be you. I've called APR many, many times and never had a problem with the receptionists.

Default I've never had issues contacting them, the big dawgs really want their customers to be happy
and will clean up any mess fairly quickly.

any and all timing cracks are left out of this email as to not segway from the customer service aspect of APR.
