Need to flow the turbine side . . . . was this with headers or stock manifold?

Way more bottom end lag. I wouldn't want *any* more than I have now with ordinary K04s.

Default Having driven the car too, the smooth dyno curve is really noticeable on the street.

Can't wait to get my kit on the car!

Default I disagree. I think ZC would help at all turbine RPM's...

By tightening up the compressor wheel clearances, you are making whole compressor housing more efficient. There should be less compressor "leakage" at all turbine/compressor speeds.

Default Very impressive, only a minor reservation...

My only concern is longevity of the ZC process. I read your previous posts regarding this and that the coating is said to last an exceptional 2 years in racing conditions, but no data was provided.

Could you point us to some data, even non K04, showing how the ZC process maintains CFM and/or HP over a period of time? I'm as much concerned about the coating wearing off as I am about the impeller wearing on the coating.

The best data, of course, would be re-dynoing the car using the current mods/ECU program every 5k miles or so... but that may be impractical being as your test car is probably a continual test-bed for other mods.

Anyhow, great results. When my newly installed K03's (dealer, free) meet the turbo lady, your ZC products are my first choice, pending the above can be answered to my satisfaction
