Just got done replacing right rear wheel bearing. Question about ABS sensor
It was rusted solid into the hub. Had to remove the hub and pound the sensor out from the inside. Twisted the mounting tab off as well. :-( Put it all back together as I have to go on a trip tomorrow and was expecting the ABS light, but no light!! Should I replace it anyway? How much are they?

just leave it alone, you'll be fine...did you put a little anti-seize around the sensor?
they're really expensive, that's why i'd say leave it until it breaks. I doubt it'll pop out on you.

Yes sir, loaded that sucker with antiseize.
That's what I figured too, just let it go and see what happens. Seems like something is going wrong every week lately. Did the left rear 2 weeks ago. All front control arms last week. Let's hope that's all for awhile. But it's nice and quiet and tight now :-) Still solid for 147k.
