Default Just got my VIN# for my 2002!! :)

Is there any way to check the status to find out where it is....I know it's in Germany right now, but I want to track it. Is this possible?

Default there is, but I can't remember...

you can track the ship it's on... all Audis are shipped fromn Bremerhaven, and there is a web site out there that tracks cargo ships. Once you figure out what day the ship your car is on left port and where it is going (San Diego, Houston, or ?? for the east coast), you can sort of "track" it. But I think all the website gives you is the expected arrival date of the ship. Customs could take several days to a week, too.

Good luck waiting, I remember the torture... got my car 1 year ago tomorrow.

You have to get that info from your dealer.

Default Ask for the current status code. And here's some helpful info posted by Larry V.
