Just one more attempt, does the returned Ignition Timing include CF's?
Hopefully someone may know this time:
I would assume that the ignition timing value is prior to any knock retard occurring but wanted to be sure. My guess would be that the ignition timing is the desired value but each coil is triggered based on this base value less any CF's for that cylinder.
Or at least, that is how others I have worked with reported values. Any confirmation or correction is welcome.

Thanks and understood, but I wasn't sure if the iginition timing returned...
was a base value as retreived from a ECU timing map. Years ago in GM vehicles the timing value read from the ECU was a desired value prior to knock retard being applied. I wanted to confirm or deny if this ECU was the same.
But that then begs a question, what cylinder is the timing value returned for? If your CF's are say 5 for cylinder 1 and 6 for cylinder 2 and the timing is 15 degrees, which cylinder is it for?
Honestly, I was hoping for it to be the other way around as in my example, It would say all cylinders have a starting timing value of 15 degrees. Then cylinder 1 would actually be running 10 degrees and cylinder 2 running 9 degrees after the CF's are applied.

Thanks, just wanted to be sure I watched the numbers correctly and didn't have things backwards...
It still seems unusual that CF's would be read for each cylinder but not overall timing. I guess a little math can be used to determine the overall for each cylinder if the reading is from cylinder 2.
Thanks again...
Thanks again...
