Love the car! I ordered one 2 months ago and was told a few weeks ago that it wouldn't be here until ~ March. Ahh! So about 2 weeks ago I started calling dealers everywhere in the Bay Area and Southern California -- no luck until last week. A posting by Jamie lead me to call Henrik at Rusnak, Audi in Pasadena. Henrik was great to work with. Not the typical salesperson. Very friendly and honest. My wife and I flew down from San Jose to Burbank on Saturday, Henrik waiting outside the airport in an A8, just like he did for Jamie.

The drive up was great, although it was frustrating as anything to have to be gentle on the engine during the break-in!

Henrik at Rusnak? Can you please describe him?

I would like to order my S4 from there, but _everyone_ I have talked to there has been very offensive/defensive in helping me out. Hell, the Mercedes and Porsches reps. right next door have been more polite and helpful. At this point, I am thinking of trying the fellow up in Santa Barbara that everyone seems to have good things to say about.

His name is Henrik Voskanian. Probably about 5'10" medium built. Short dark hair with a beard, I think. You can have the operator page him after calling the dealership at 626-449-0770. 2 other people on audiworld.com have posted positive messages about Henrik as well.
