K04.16 ramping up too quick... limp mode even with tcd!
I've been experimenting with controlling my boost with N75/MBC on my K04.16. It works rather nicely, ~24 peak tapering to 21.
Problem is, the K16 ramps up boost so high and so quick at lower RPM's/higher gears I get a +deviation code and limp, which in my car is 15psi, lol. This only happens 3rd and higher at around 3-4k rpm.
Anyhow, going through the gears to peak RPM you start at a higher requested level at a higher RPM, so it doesn't limp. Reducing MBC to 23# takes care of it, and an EBC would totally vanquish it... as would proper toooning tools, which is my preferred method of resolving this.
Anyone got any proper tuning tools?

btw do you know what the cracking pressure of your wastegates are now that you moved the rods?
