Why would he be joking? It's an honest question for someone relatively new to this...

Chris, the EGR [Exhaust Gas Recirculation] a valve used to reduce emissions by recirculation some of the exhaust back to the engine.

just that it was miss firing on every cylinder but 1 and 6 so we changed the plugs the check engine light is off now, but it still is doing the cut out at 3900 to 4200 like i said though if i ease into it than it goes past it with out cutting out.
and no boost leaks either

Re: There is no need to go to 90 psi- you only need to test to what you run it too...

i dont have the real vag just a modis but if it is a boost cut what are the causes i should expect?
i can get it on a vag sometime next week. but my tech has a refresher course in tx next week

Yea I hear you but he already stated he put 90psi through his engine. And how his tech

is taking a VAG refreshed course next week.

is he going to use sand to polish his intake next? haha
