Langan Audi East is the worst excuse I have ever seen for a dealership.

We wanted to do the registration, Langan would not allow it.
So they were hardly doing us a favor, especially when there is a fee involved. We were issued NY temp plates while the titling process was to be completed. The fact of the matter is they dropped the ball, they wait until 3 days prior to the expriation of our temp plates to begin the registration process in MD. If you pay to have something completed within a 30 day period would you be happy if that company waits 27 days to start and then take an additional 11 days? I doubt it.
