Last minute advice... BBS CH 17" - brand new at 2/3rd price of tirerack, worth it? or save for 18?

Last minute advice... BBS CH 17" - brand new at 2/3rd price of tirerack, worth it? or save for 18?
there's a guy locally who wants to get rid of his BBS CH 17s, as his car got totalled before install.
I got two set of tires, Bridgestone Summer RE070, and Michelin Pilot Sport A/S... both 225/45/17, and have only one set of stock wheels.
RE070 got 70% tread left, Pilot sport A/S got 50% left. So, was thinking of installing RE070 on the BBS (summer), and Michelin on stock wheels (winter).
But not sure if CH 17s gonna look ok (18s look great), and even at this smoking deal, worth it.. although I'd also save $$ on tires, since could use my current tires for next season tracking on these very very light wheels!
Any last minute advice? Gotto meet the guy like in 3hrs.

i think the CH 18's look much better than 17's. center is too chunky and spokes too short, imo.

Get the wheels you want. My old ch's were 18's and looked awsome. Dont get something
Your not sure of becuase you will look at the car after and say damn I should have went with 18's.
