Default Last suspension post before I call it a night... TIA...

I've decided that better suspension is worth no more than $550 plus installation to me. I already have eibach pro springs. Here are my two options:

(1) Grooved bilsteins up front, leave rear as is, and get a neuspeed 19mm rear swaybar

(2) Grooved bilsteins all around, but with no swaybar

Which will make the car handle better, look better, be better for the car?

Thanks for everybody's help. I'm a real analytic when I buy things for my car.

Default Why would you get Bilsteins up front and not do the rear?

Even if it's a money issue, you'd be better off just leaving as-is. Doing front-only would be a great recipe for a horribly balanced car (and the S4 isn't well-balanced to begin with).

Default I'd do Bilsteins all around now and add rear sway later.

I'm running Eibach/Bilstein grooved and also 19mm sway and the Bilsteins will add more benefit for ride quality and looks. You'll need to do some good searches on setting up the groove bodies.

I have my fronts adjusted 2 notches below stock and the rears 1 notch above stock. With this setup you'll get equal gap on front and rear.

Default This leads me to a slightly different question...

My suspension is stock. Would adding Bilsteins (or any other shock) all around be a good start assuming I'd add springs later? Also, with the grooved Bilsteins and stock springs could you lower the ride height somewhat without adverse effects?
