Default I'd say non-adjustable UUC?
I think there were 3 versions - one that was non-adjustable (20% I think), one that was 20 or 40%, and a third that was 20, 30 or 40% reduction. I had the 20/40 version and mine looks a little different.

Default Adjustable UUC...looks like 20/30/40% if the linkage is forward (i.e. triangle tip)
of the other 2 holes.
