Log request for ER IC owners (and maybe AWE, too)
1) Get the car to full temp on the highway so it's not heatsoaked at all
2) Exit and idle in a parking lot for 5-7 minutes (will seem like an eternity so time it lol)
3) Pull out and drive between 45-50 MPH for 3-4+ minutes
4) Note ambient temp in your post
Graph starting when you stop in the parking lot:
1) time on the X-axis (preferrably converted to seconds starting at 0)
2) IAT
3) MPH
(or just email me the CSV)
You need to find a good location............ but if I was just able to do it..... then it can't be that hard I'll post up my RS4 results after someone else does it, too.

Well ambient was 41-42F and my starting IAT was 60-61F, but I don't expect SoCal to be so cold.
The rising IATs while idling is linear. I will do it again on Saturday when it's ~55F because I'm planning to install the ER ICs on Sunday.

You're going to need to record MAF as well. The airflow through
the intake piping is going to be carrying heat away from those pipes, so the higher the MAF the quicker the IAT will drop. You need to dictate what gear to do that test in and then try to pick an rpm so you set similar conditions across different cars, otherwise you won't know which cooling affects are a result of the IC and which are a result of different intake flow rates.
