What's up with the A/C in that pic?
Different looking module with big display

also noticed that the washer nozzles are on the hood not under like ours. Earlier S4 european model and new ones are like ours in US, or are they that different?

That's perfectly normal for a 250 km/h governed Euro S4
Don't forget the speedo always shows more than the actual speed is. With a chip, the needle goes all the way up to where 290 km/h would be

Hey, what are you guys doing on my private server? :-)
So, that´s my car. It a 12/98 Euro S4. It still has the "old" A/C control module. Also the washer nozzles were, at that time, still on the hood.
The passenger mirror is small (and it still is on the new S4 modells). The Radio is a Concert-type.
Another difference is that the side markers and the main headlights are two different assemblies.
I hope this made things more clear!
