Have you considered APR bipipe? It's a permanent fix for tbb issues. No more worries for me.

Default I considered it but I want to keep it as stock looking as possible

Also I had heard that there was some problems with a screw falling out and getting into the intake and blowing the motor???

I can't see how that would be more of a risk with the bipipe than any other TBB install.
