Losing 8+ LBS per corner makes a noticable diffrence....
Just mounted up my new wheels....thought long and hard on what size to go with and decided to stick with 17's for a number of reasons including weight, tire costs and durability. I was just about to pull the plug and buy new when there was a package comprised of exactly what I was looking to do (except for color) in the classifieds. The wheels were listed as being perfect and after a couple hours of cleaning and waxing I can truly say that they are as good as new. The wheel are OZ Ultraleggera's with RT-615's mounted on them. They weigh 8.5lbs less per corner then my Avus's with pretty worn PS's on them. Before mounting the new wheels up I took a spin and then put on the new wheels and took the same spin, there is a VERY noticeable diffrence in ride quality going over sections of rough to very rough pavement. Being a 40+ year old guy I am not sure about having black wheels on the Avus silver S (pretty boy racerish)but they do look pretty bad a$$. Now I just have to put the suppension in that has been sitting in the garage since Feb.

Ram, I have the Voghtland GT's
Really wanted to get the Pinch Bolts out but have not spent a lot of hours on them and they are not moving so my do the other method where you do not have to remove the pinch bolts.
