Try to put some lubricant around the door frame, it should solve the problem!

Default it should disappear around 20K...

I had the same issues with both my 99.5 A4 1.8T and my 2001 S4. After 20K or so miles, the squeaking disappeared. Apparently it grinds itself down... possibly some door edge trim rubbing against plastic or metal at the door seams.

For me it was too much of a hassle to keep going back to dealer and having them own my car for days with fruitless efforts of trying to uncover the squeaking mystery. Don't let it get to you. I just turned up the music, kept the engine singing, and drove around my merry way.
