Lug bolt shank (thread) length? (more)

Anyone know the thread length of the stock lug bolts? Perhaps more importantly, how much extra space is in there if you got lugs that were slightly longer than stock? Obviously if the lugs are too long they will hit something behind the wheel hub where they thread into, right? Wondering how much extra space/tolerance there is on the S4.
Anyone that's had experience with this, either good or BAD, feel free to share.
Thanks!

The fronts you need to be careful....
there is very little room. The rear you can go a fair amount before anything hits.
