if these numbers are good, normal or bad but they seem pretty high to me - these graphs are from 2200RPM to redline in 3rd gear

Curious - could you graph it against RPM? Looks about right to me.
You have a good 50-60hp of airflow more than typical chipped K03 cars. General rule, 1 g/sec corresponds to 1 wheel HP (not precise by any means, but it's not far off for an S4). That of course does not take octane/timing into account. Most chipped S4s peak between 260-280, so you're hitting about what I would have expected for a K04 car.

Andy, I'd like to see Block005 in 3rd gear for the same RPMS...
Do it when the car's oil is warm, but before you've gotten hard on it, to insure no heatsoak. Then send me the file. Only record block 005, so the resolution is highest.
It'll record speed (km/h) and the timestamps of each measurement. From that, I'll convert to acceleration (and plot a polynomial trendline) to quantify that "stuck to the back of your seat" feel

In Excel, you can have dual axes. Right click on the MAF plot...
and choose one of the options/format (I don't recall what it is) and then click the button to put it on the Secondary Axis
