Here are some pics of the crack, I can't find the broken piece (I hope it didn't shoot down the Y-pipe, but that would have been one hell of a shot). Anyway, what would people do here? I need help with this, I have to be on the dyno around noon. =(

piece of tape on the inside and pour 2 ton epoxy to form the piece
that material as far as I can tell is ABS and its difficult to adhere to. I have had good luck with 2 ton epoxy (devcon I think) they sell it almost everywhere as the double plunger type container. Make sure you clean the ABS surface with acetone or isopropanol before. Then just remove the tape after its dry and test for strength. You dont want a piece of epoxy flying into your engine.

I think ATP makes an aluminum housing..

Simple...
1) Remove the MAF wire/sensor from the housing as to protect it from damage from the JB weld or from the filing and sanding you will do later.
2) Clean edges where you will be glueing with isoproynol alcohol or similar. Even vodka or whiskey will do, so will carb cleaner or starting fluid! NOTE: DO NOT DO THIS WITH THE MAF WIRE INSIDE THE HOUSING!
3) Rough sand (200 grit or similair. An emory board will do as well so ask your wife/GF) the edges where the JB weld will go so it has a surface to better grip to.
4)Tape a piece of wax paper onto the outside of the MAF housing, set the housing down so that the chip is on the bottom and pour/spread the j-b weld into the grove. Leave a little extra around the inside edge and the outer edge. Let it dry overnight.
5) In the morning, remove the tap/wax paper and using a file and the emory board, remove the extra JB weld and shape it back to as close to the original shape as possible.
6) Sand the repair down to make it smooth, inside and out.
7) Fill any air pockets or holes with jb weld and repeat process if necessary.
8) Put it back together and you should be fine.

Try this, lay some plastic wrap over the outside then place two
hose clamps over the wrap. Fill the inside with epoxy. Remove clamps when dry and trim wrap. File as necessary for smooth finish. Then, as DAP said, find an old MAF and make a permanent repair.
