Default welcome to my club. The word of the wise seems to be...

Clearbra

I intend on putting one on the P car before I take delivery. I was asking Kevin about rock chips on his überwide rear fenders and nose.

Default my friend with the 996TT swears by clearguard

but the difference between him and you, pete, is that he owns his Porsches. Since you have a lease why don't you just get that paint-stick thing?

Default yeah, that's how I was looking at it...

wether or not the bumper has some chips isn't going to factor highly in the trade-in of the car. It'll trade in at market value and that's pretty much that. I treat it as though it were "my" car but draw the line at "investing" in it unless I can remove and sell the part.
