Default Mark@autospeed performance you rock ! Unlike other tuners that say they have parts
in stock but really don't.. Mark was the only guy that could actually help me out with my RS4 clutch. Others said they would, others said they could, and others even charged my credit card shipping out the wrong products. But in the end, he was actually telling the truth when he said "Yes we have those in stock" I can't beleive how some people run there buisness... Way to go Mark.

Default 2nd on all that you've mention, plus the fact that he (1) answers his emails and returns calls...
(2) always takes time to help a brotha' out with advice without acting like you're wasting his time, (3) follows through with a promise.

Other tuners should take note! You da' man, Mark.

Default big 3rd, he just seems to go out of his way for his customers
even with my limited experience dealing with ASP, i'd trust him with my car in a heartbeat.

Default Yeah they said they have a ton, but after they shipped one out they realized
all they have is OEM clutches. And that's what they sent to me.. WTF?
