Here's the email I sent them on march 13
I bought ecux back in November of 2004 and finally got winxp installed to load
ecux. It wouldn't load on win98. Please send me the password. thanks

They promptly replied with no email text, only the *.erf file and *.xls file attached. I pretty much had to guess what to do with those files.

I didn't get that much....just a download, a PITA registration,
It took them over a week to get my online order, download, and registration done.
After all that no frickin manual.
