Default Might be a dumb Q. Can you install the HID bulb "upside down"?
did the CC mod, and now one of my lights is really wierd... I feel like it is pointing down at the ground ... Obviously something's wrong... just wondering if turning it would solve the problem.

Sounds like you need to adjust the leveling.

yessir. dealer installed upside down once and the beams were into the ground. flip em.

The thin wire that runs the length of the bulb should be pointed directly towards the bottom.

Default I made a mental note on removal that they both pointed straight down (metal wire), and when
reinstalling, I remember they definately fell into a certain position...

Who knows (it was a while ago now). I'll pull it tonight and see.
