Short: Champion's 'special' made race S4 has around 420HP
Try more, and you should also change your drivetrain, massage inside of engine, etc, etc.
Anything above 350 will cause problems with stock components (clutch, etc.).

How the hell are you getting this much power???
i have and can get kits that will safely take your S4 to around 400hp leve.
what is distrubing is you have an incomplete list of parts. none of those parts listed will get you that high. APR EMCS can't pull miracles like that.
the bare minimum to get that power is to run the K04 turbo's with the propper turbo selected keep in mind there are 4 diffrent models to choose from. the smalles K04 is good for about 350 hp the other 2 is good for more torqu and the other one is for better top end. the 4th turbo is the RS-4 competition turbos which will bring you to a good 400-430hp. but aside from these turbos you need a good chip, propper fuel delivery, and aluminum pipes for the intake. not to mention cossi heads and match intake...
i know what it takes to get this power and i have figures of cost. so i would love to see your completed list. the lists i have is from MTM, ABT, and Sportec. they all include similar parts with exceptions of their own special way of tuning.
