On the 10 heading East bound when traffic comes to a pretty abrupt stop. I'm eyeing it and know that I'll be fine, but am awaiting - helpless - the imminent thud of the guy behind me slamming into me..Sure enough he did.

Then, to my surprise, he backs up a little, and heads off into the left lane, looks over for a second shrugging his shoulders and accelerates to be on his merry way(!) I was fuming and caught up to his sorry a$$ pointing at him to get the f$%k over to the side of the road. After he realizes he's not getting away, he takes the next exit and we pull into a gas station.

Him and 4 friends in a beat up old Honda Accord..no license...no insurance...fun.

So, where should I take this around Santa Monica to get fixed?

of course this would be the one time i don't have my phone on me so i had to wait until we pulled over.
the person who was in front of (on the highway) actually followed and let me use her phone..she saw the guy trying to take off and gave me her name and number in case witness stuff was needed..very nice of her.
