Default My 2000 Audi A6 decided to stall yesterday, and now the check engine light is on.

I have a 2000 Audi A6 Quattro, I had safety and emissions done yesterday, and right after while driving my car turned off completely, I was able to jump start it, noticed that the wires were a little loose, so I tightened them, was able to drive to my destination, and once I got there I turned my vehicle off, then back on. After I did that, the check engine light came on. I took it to get a diagnostic test and it cam up with the code P1340 cam shaft sensor or an engine speed sensor, if this is the case, how hard of a fix is it? and is it ok to drive in the mean time or will my car continue to stall?
