Most likely a problem with your cruise control switch. I have the same issue.

What should I do, Should I testthe cruise control to c if it works?

Default I had the same problem with the cruise switch on my A4. Apparently there are some problems with ..
some of them. Mine eventually started turning on and off by itself :-/

I think its like $300+ for the assembly... Call your local stealership...

Hopefully, It will be under warranty, I'll just tell them my cruise control doesn't work
