My bad on the "Newb" question bout the best chip.

Don't worry about it ...
After you've been here a few months you'll see how often the "what's the best chip" question gets posted. And as you become a chiseled veteran, it'll be hard to resist suggesting those n00bies to come STFA! ;-)

A tip for other n00by questions you may have: --->
Many answers will depend on what your objectives are. Always state how you want to use your car. Expect few bottom line answers.
It's a pity that the so many old timers are willing to spend more time beating on a nooby than it would take to be helpful (the purpose of this forum).

well... it's like this...
life
new business excursion, teenagers, playing on two hockey teams, a bit of golf... and some time for the wife. Doesn't leave much hangin' around time for the forum, plus with all the crap goin' on in the forum the last few months (bickering, gloom and dooming, etc) didn't leave me overly motivated to spend a lot of time on here. But even though I wasn't postin', I would still drop by for cursory reads. As well, a lot of the "old timers" aren't around anymore.. like walkin' into a bar and seeing no one you know That was one of the best parts about the "good old days"... the sense of *community* that this place used to have.. I don't feel that anymore Maybe if we put a few Farrah Fawcett posters up, some **** carpeting... and my stool at the end of the bar sigh
ok, now that I've depressed myself a bit, time to go watch my new DVD --> Lock Stock and Two Smokin' Barrels, laughs galore !
Cheers, HNY.

LOL again
Well said ... and true.
Now that I'm working for corporate America again - though you wouldn't know it today - and have little guys, it's hard to give up precious free time to hang out here. I've withdrawn considerably as well, though if I *do* have time I'll pop in and stir things up. But your local bar analogy is spot on.
