My best strategy for getting an S4?
I want an S4 but will not have the money - not even the deposit - until late October, at which time I can pay cash.
How should I go about making sure I can get one in October? Will I need money to get on the waiting list? How much?
I am in Silicon Valley - dealer advice appreciated also - although I'd like to try CarsDirect.com.
